Shipping policy


We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping across Canada and the United States.

  • Canada: Flat rate shipping of $10.95
  • United States: Flat rate shipping of $13.95

We also offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over $75 CAD
  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $115 USD

Shipping rates and eligibility for free shipping are automatically calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Oldhand Coffee in Abbotsford, BC.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and available pickup times.

Pickup orders are available on Wednesdays from 12pm-5pm, and Thursdays from 7am-5pm. Orders placed after Tuesday at 8pm will be ready the following week. Please wait for your confirmation email before arriving to pick up your order.

Please pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window, as we are unable to store orders at the pickup location long-term.

International Orders, Duties & Customs

For orders shipped outside of Canada, your package may be subject to import duties, custom fees, tariffs, taxes or brokerage charges imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and we unfortunately have no control over these fees or delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information before placing your order. 

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or customs charges, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
