At Solmé, we want you to truly love your skincare ritual. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If there’s an issue with your order or you have concerns about your products, please reach out, we’re always happy to help.
Warm Weather & Tallow-based Skincare
Because our formulations are made with natural tallow and nourishing oils, texture changes can occur during warmer temperatures or transit. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that soften or melt in the heat.
We recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or doorstep as soon as possible after delivery to help preserve the integrity of your products.
If your balm or whip arrives melted, don’t worry, it is still perfectly safe and effective to use. Melted whips may settle into a richer balm-like consistency, making the product feel more concentrated. If this happens, contact us and we’ll gladly guide you on how to restore the texture as best as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every Solmé order with intention and care. If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damage and contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
